Mozilla has launched a support program, providing help to those people who tweet their Firefox problems.

This support program is called Army of Awesome. You don’t need to be a Firefox expert to reply. Just pick the tweet that you think you can provide help over it. Its a nice way to support open source and free software. I appreciate this move by Mozilla. And I will give some time to it.
